"Personal information" refers to information that can be used to identify a person, either directly or indirectly. Information about a business and professional contact details collected and used to send commercial communications are generally not considered personal information.

We engage external stakeholders, such as information technology and credit card information processing service providers. Contractors we retain and our third-party service providers have a contractual obligation to maintain privacy policies and data security measures at least as strict as ours. Some of them store and process information outside your province or Canada, in locations where local authorities may have the right to access them. The same restrictions apply to our third-party service providers.
